Repairs: We’ve put our products through extensive testing to ensure that they are durable and can survive normal use in a climbing environment.  However, no product is unbreakable, the climbing environment can be harsh, and accidents happen.  For this reason, we’ve designed our products to be repairable.  If something breaks or stops working correctly, contact us at orders@cairneng.com and we will endeavor to provide you with parts to repair your product or work with you to refurbish it for you.

Returns: We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase of unused and resaleable products.  Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Limited Warranty: Cairn Engineering, LLC (“Seller”) warrants to the buyer in the first sale only (“Buyer”) that, on delivery, the goods sold (the “Goods”) will materially conform to Seller’s published specifications and will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days.  Except as set forth in the preceding sentence, all goods are sold “as is” and Seller disclaims any express or implied warranties whatsoever with respect to the Goods, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or noninfrintement, whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade or otherwise. Seller shall not be liable for a breach of the warranty set forth herein if (i) the defect arises because Buyer failed to follow Seller’s instructions as to storage, use, or maintenance of the Goods, or (ii) Buyer or any party other than Seller alters the Goods after delivery. With respect to any Goods subject to a claim pursuant to the warranty set forth herein, Seller shall, in its sole discretion, either (i) repair or replace such Goods (or the defective part), or (ii) credit or refund the price of such Goods provided that, if Seller so requests, Buyer shall, at Seller’s expense, return such Goods to Seller.  The remedies set forth herein shall be the Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy and Seller’s entire liability for any breach of the limited warranty set forth herein.
